Welcome to our family photography experience, where we aim to capture the essence of your unique bonds and personalities.
We are gonna bring fun and games to your session. We aren’t your typical stiff and stand there portraits. While we will always ensure you have that classic - everyone looking at the camera - shot for your mantle, we promise you we will have all the fun in showing your family’s relationship. The sweet snuggles, the belly laughs and everything in between. We want to showcase the connection within your family, not the connection with my camera. Consider this your permission to not feel awkward staring blankly ahead!
We are going to play, have fun, get the twirls and tickles and giggles. Whether you enjoy downtown city scapes or wide open fields, we believe every family is unique and that’s why we wanna know it all, what makes your kiddos tick and what your fave pastimes are together.

Tailored Experience:
From the entire fam jam to sweet snuggles with mama, playful hugs with dad, and those candid moments that truly define your kiddos, we ensure all combinations are beautifully documented. To provide the care and attention you deserve, we limit bookings each month, making ourselves available at every step of the way.
Every session begins with a "getting to know you" questionnaire, delving into your family dynamics, preferences, and favorite pastimes. With this information, we create a custom style board, incorporating shoppable links, items from your wardrobe, and our curated stash, ensuring a cohesive and elevated look that stays true to your unique style.
Artful Retouching:
Every ordered image undergoes meticulous artful hand retouching and editorial editing, ensuring that the final result is a stunning representation of this beautiful chapter in your life.
Session times:
Family sessions take place from April to October, Monday through Friday, capturing the golden hour glow up to two hours before sunset. We understand sunset can be pretty late in the summer in Calgary, so for very young children, check out my blog post for tips to prepare for later sessions or plan your shoot for earlier sunset in spring and fall. We do have some Saturday evenings a month available on an FCFS basis. We do not operate on Sundays.

You can expect your photos to be delivered via an online gallery within about two to three weeks of your shoot. At that time, you'll make your order selections for any digitals and preserving your images through prints and albums.
