Timing for Success
Every year is the same, some months drag on and others race by and while thats different for each of us, I think it’s safe to say that the fall is chaos for all! From the end of August to November, life can be insane with last vacations, back to school, sports tournaments, thanksgiving, there’s alot! SO why do we often wait until the madness begins to remember – oh ya! We still need to do our family pictures and Holiday cards! With all the intensity of fall schedules, my preference for mama’s is to feel as relaxed as possible for family time in front of the camera so why not consider the spring and summer months when life is a little slower and less committed. Another perk is there are gorgeous lush sceneries, kinder winds, and way more space without the flurry of photographers at every corner in the fall rush!
Location, Location, Location
Choosing a location that speaks to your family doesn’t need to be much! It can be your favourite park, a grassy field, beachside, or mountainside. Having a photographer that knows a variety of locations, where the sun hits, when the flowers bloom, where the coolest cityscapes lie, is definitely gonna make for the most unique and dynamic sessions.
A system of FUN
Every family dynamic is different. Every family shows love in different ways and every family finds fun in different ways and that’s why I have tons of games and prompts for sessions. I want you to feel comfortable. So all you need to do is show up! No need for nerves because I will tell you where to look, what to do and I have a system that will create natural smiles and snuggles, no saying “cheese”!
